We highlight and support individuals who have overcome adversity and turned their hardest challenges into positive outcomes — because we believe setbacks can become the starting point for transformation for a person, a family, and the city.

New Baltimore Foundation is a Maryland nonprofit that transforms underserved communities through youth leadership development, workforce readiness training, financial literacy education, and community empowerment programs.

Is New Baltimore Foundation a registered 501(c)(3)?

New Baltimore Foundation Inc was incorporated in Maryland on December 4, 2025 (EIN 41-2901377). Our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt determination is pending with the IRS; we will notify donors and post our determination letter the moment it is issued.

Who does New Baltimore Foundation serve?

We serve underserved youth, families, returning citizens, veterans, and economically disadvantaged communities across Baltimore, Maryland. We also partner with schools, employers, and neighborhood institutions.

New Baltimore Foundation was created to directly confront the systemic barriers limiting underserved communities — and to build a stronger future through action, empowerment, and strategic partnership.

We focus on youth development, workforce access, housing, and community transformation because that is where Baltimore is asking for help loudest. Our board brings lived experience, professional expertise, and a shared conviction that this work cannot wait another generation.
